Meet Kim Marsh

She/Her

Founder, The Open Book Company

Hi there. Kim here, serving as your guide to The Open Book Company.

I'm a writing + book coach, editor and communications fiend. I help authors, aspiring writers and "but-I'm-not-really-a-writer" writers to find, hone and use their voice.

I am here to help support you on your journey to plan, complete and publish your non-fiction book or memoir. I can also partner with you to edit your full-length manuscript or shorter form content, such as blog posts, articles, speeches or other content.

Essentially, I'm here to help you tell your story.

My coaching practice is rooted in empathy, authenticity and self-compassion. Great writing starts with great listening and together we'll explore your goals and amplify your voice.

I have fifteen years of experience across the non-profit and corporate sectors under my belt spanning various disciplines including Global Diversity, Equity + Inclusion (DEI) Communications + Programming, Women's Leadership Development, LGBTQ+ Workplace Equity, Human Resources, Project Management, Organizational Culture, Recruitment, Social Issues and Childhood Education.

I would love to hear more about your writing and storytelling goals.
