Meet Kim Marsh
Founder, The Open Book Company
Hi there. Kim here, serving as your guide to The Open Book Company.
I'm a writing + book coach, editor and communications fiend. Oh, and I should mention that I'm NOT a New York Times bestselling author (though, I'm still a worthwhile human).
I help authors, aspiring writers and "but-I'm-not-really-a-writer" writers to find, hone and use their voice. I am here to help you to craft your story verbally (think: job interviews, speeches, presentations) as well as in written format (social, blogs, articles). I will also partner with you on your journey to complete and publish a full-length non-fiction book or memoir. My coaching practice is rooted in empathy, authenticity and self-compassion.
Great writing starts with great listening and together we'll explore your goals and amplify your voice.
I have fifteen years of experience across the non-profit and corporate sectors under my belt spanning various disciplines including Global Diversity, Equity + Inclusion (DEI) Communications + Programming, Women's Leadership Development, LGBTQ+ Workplace Equity, Human Resources, Project Management, Organizational Culture, Recruitment, Social Issues and Childhood Education.
I would love to hear more about your writing, storytelling and communications goals.
